Airport Deliveries

Due to high increase in the amount of bookings from overseas or interstate visitors who wish to have their car waiting on arrival, we have prepared the following information that explains what’s required if you intend to collect a vehicle from or drop back to either the Perth Domestic Airport or the International Airport.

Perth Airport has separate terminals for international and domestic flights — Terminal I (International) and Terminal 2 & 3 (Domestic).

The International Terminal is located on Horrie Miller Drive, which can be accessed off Tonkin Highway. The Domestic Terminals are located on Brearley Avenue, which can also be accessed by exiting off Tonkin Highway onto Great Eastern Highway.

Our office is located at 2/12 Hayden Court Myaree, is situated 10 kilometres from Fremantle and l3kilometres from Perth City. Closest public transports are Garden City Shopping Centre Bus Terminal or the New Train off Leach Highway (Bullcreek Station). We can collect you from these Terminals. We are 25 kilometres form the Domestic & International Airports.

For car hire clients who simply book vehicles before arrival, and can collect the vehicle from our Myaree office, all that is required is a booking deposit. The balance can be paid upon collection of the vehicle. For car hire clients who wish to have vehicles left at either airport, prior to arrival etc, due to the legalities of the vehicle insurance all documentation must be attended to before arrival. This is usually done by fax; email; or post if time permits. Once we have received full details of the hirer, and drivers, (if different), and payment authorization, we can fax or send a Reservation form and Credit Card Authorisation for signatures. Once this is completed and returned the vehicle will be parked at the requested airport within the fax, email or posted information there will be instructions on where the vehicle is parked and how to obtain the vehicle.

If you wish to leave a vehicle at the Airport at the end of the hire, due to late or weekend departure etc, please inform us at the time of booking.

There are fees for these services which are $35.00 for each service for Perth Domestic and International Terminals. Arrivals and departures count as one service each. Examples: Picking up vehicle from either Airport but returning to our office will be one $35.00 service. Picking up from our office and returning to either Airport will be one $35.00 service. Picking up from Domestic or International airport and dropping back the Domestic or International airports will be 2 x $35.00 service total $70.00.

We regret that under no circumstances can we leave vehicles for hirers unless the documentation has been prepared and signed by the car hire client.
